As a courtesy to myself and other clients, individuals who might be late for scheduled appointments will find their session time curtailed.  Payment in full is expected at the end of session.  All cancellations need to be received 24 hours in advance.  Payment in full is expected should you fail to cancel your scheduled appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance.  All efforts will be made to reschedule you as quickly as possible.

Rescheduling is strongly encouraged at each session.

Insurance claims are not directly handled at this office.  However, I will provide you with a receipt, which you may submit to your provider for possible direct reimbursement.
