With over 6,000 hours of work experience, Karen has incorporated a variety of techniques to formulate a type of massage that is unlike any other.  Her unique style includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofacial massage, craniosacral massage, shiatsu, sports massage, trigger point therapy, table thai, muscle mechanics, and reflexology. This signature therapeutic massage is designed to focus on the deeper layers of muscle tissue according to your comfort level.
